Virtual - Pre-Conference Workshops, ACLCA 2020 Conference, and LCA Institute.
The virtual option for the ACLCA 2020 Conference, will have the high-quality, in-person attendee experience of the annual LCA meeting. The virtual conference option will include our inspiring plenary speakers, collaborative challenge sessions, compelling special sessions, presentations and posters, awards, networking opportunities, and a full-featured exhibit hall.
We are focused on building in creative ways to support critical networking, shared learnings, business, and connections that bring the full LCA community together online and in-person. This includes the Art Summit and the Ask the Scientist events that are being developed. We assure you that ACLCA 2020 Conference will continue to bring the LCA community together and help move LCA and Life Cycle Thinking forward.

Rate Descriptions and Criteria
ACLCA Member Rate
To qualify for the member rate, you must be an ACLCA member in good standing. If you are not a member and would like to take advantage of the reduced member rate, join ACLCA.
To qualify for the student rate, you must be a full-time student.
Five or more registrations submitted from the same organization receive the discounted rates for conference registration. To qualify, all registrations must be submitted at the same time. To request the group rate, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Receipts and Confirmations
Detailed receipts are available upon request. If you would like one, please send a request to email@example.com. Payment receipts will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.
All cancellations must be received in writing or via email by August 21, 2020, in order to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. Registration fees will not be refunded after August 21, 2019. Registration fees for canceled registrants may not be applied to future LCA meetings.
All substitutions will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted only once per registrant and must include written notification from the original registrant and a completed registration form for the substitute participant. If a non-member substitutes for a member, the non-member rate applies. Requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Photo and Video Release
From time to time we use photographs or videos of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the LCA XIX, ACLCA reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials. Please send any questions or concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ACLCA Code of Conduct
ACLCA is committed to providing a safe, hospitable and productive environment for everyone attending our meetings and events. We are committed to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, or another group identity. As such, ACLCA prohibits intimidating, threatening or harassing conduct during or in connection with our meetings and events based on these and any other protected characteristics under applicable federal, state or local law. This includes but is not limited to stalking, intimidation, unwanted or inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, harassing photography or recording, and sustained disruption of events, as well as encouraging any such behavior by others. This prohibition applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, and volunteers. If an individual engages in any prohibited behavior as described in this Code, ACLCA reserves the right to remove the individual from the meeting or event without warning or refund, prohibit attendance at future ACLCA meetings and events, notify the individual’s employer, and/or take other disciplinary action against the individual and his/her employer. Retaliation for reporting prohibited behavior under this Code is considered a violation of this Code, as is reporting an incident in bad faith.
